A life of meaning and purpose, of authenticity, of deep living and rich experience, is increasingly difficult to achieve. We’ve increasingly lived in a plastic, artificial, quick-fix, better-living-through-chemistry, and now social-distanced technological world in which we can’t always know what’s real and what’s fake – and begin to distrust everything. Yet, the life of meaning exponentially enriches our existence, and helps us to age gracefully, too. Religion provides a source of meaning for many – and many more seek elsewhere. How can we live a deep and handmade life of meaning and purpose in this age? This book offers 9 keys to meaning-making, through the lens of transpersonal psychology.
